Planning the system with your facilities team

An administrator assigns access to the appropriate sites and cameras. Agree the access each tenant, managing agent and facilities team needs; review those permissions as responsibilities change.

Monitoring includes supported sensor readings, alerts, dashboards and reporting. Automatic water shut-off, ventilation and building-system control require separate scoping. Discuss your equipment and intended response.

Your TetherX installer checks equipment, configures the system and supports on-site work. We also offer free platform training for an internal facilities or security team.

Your installer quotes the annual platform subscription by channel count, any optional services, hardware, installation and support. Agree retention, sensor requirements and any integration work before approval.
