No. TetherX provides the video and event platform. Your company supplies the guards, patrols, monitoring staff and response procedures. Your team decides who receives an alert and what happens next.

Yes. Your operators can use TetherX directly, or your integrator can connect selected events to an existing alarm receiving centre workflow where the interface is supported. The monitoring operation and customer contract stay with you.

An authorised officer can review the camera view and recorded context on a phone when connectivity and permissions allow. The control room can share the relevant event and site context, then follow its own dispatch procedure.

The on-site TetherBox continues recording while it has power, functioning cameras and storage. Remote viewing, cloud uploads and notifications need a working connection; agree the fallback response with the site and your control room.
