We've rebuilt our website from the ground up, and we're excited to share what's new.

Over the past few months, we've been working on a complete overhaul of the TetherX website. The goal was simple: make it easier for customers to find the right solutions and connect with qualified partners, while giving our integrator network better tools to grow their business.

Here's what's changed.

Find a Partner, Get a Quote

The biggest addition is our new Partner Directory. Potential customers can browse integrators by location, vertical market, or capability. They click on your profile, fill in their project details, and we email everything directly to you - a qualified lead, ready for you to follow up with a tailored quote.

No cold calling required.

A Proper Knowledge Base

We've finally built the documentation we always wanted to have. The new Knowledge Base includes:

• User Guide - Everything end users need to navigate the platform
• Control Room Operator Guide - Workflows, alarm handling, and best practices for ARC and monitoring centre staff
• Integrator Guide - Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for technical teams
• API Documentation - For technology partners building integrations

This is a living resource. We'll keep adding to it based on your feedback.

Can't find what you're looking for? Every page in the Knowledge Base has a comments section at the bottom. If something isn't covered, or you have questions or suggestions, leave a comment and we'll get back to you.

Better Solutions Pages

We've expanded and improved our solutions pages - Control Rooms, Business Operations, and more. Each page now provides detailed information about how TetherX addresses specific challenges in that sector - the kind of detail that previously required putting together custom Word documents for every proposal.

Integrators can now link directly to these pages when quoting customers. We can also provide co-branded versions of these materials to share with your customers - just ask your account manager.

Share Your Stories

We're launching something new on the blog: real stories from real integrators.

We want to hear about your deployments - what worked, what didn't, lessons learned. The wins and the challenges. These stories help other integrators and give customers insight into what's actually possible.

Updated Terms and Privacy Policy

We've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect current regulations and make them actually readable. If you're into that sort of thing, have a look.

What's Next

This website is just the foundation. Over the coming months, we'll be adding more partner tools, expanding the knowledge base, and publishing regular content on security technology trends and best practices.
